"SATAC" Commercial Building Insulation is specifically designed for commercial building applications. It consists of two (2) unique product components: "SATAC" spray grade cellulose insulation and Encotec commercial spray adhesive. These two (2) items were designed to work in combination with each other to provide a durable, long lasting interior finish for commercial structures.
The material is spray applied in a continuous flow directly to the surface. The adhesive permanently bonds the insulation to the substrate forming a monolithic seal that virtually eliminates air infiltration. This thermal barrier helps control condensation and improves the acoustical environment of the structure. The "SATAC" system creates a complete building envelope, resulting in high thermal performance, while enhancing the value of the building with its attractive, seamless and energy efficient finish.

Encotec Adhesives have exceptional bonding characteristics making them highly compatible for spray application of insulation to wood, concrete and metal surfaces. They dry to a tough, flexible, moisture resistant film creating a durable finish to the building surface.

Encotec Primer/Sealer is designed to seal the surface prior to the application of "SATAC" Insulation. The primer allows the insulation to form a bond to the structure.
